It's a cold and dreary day today. I loves it. I almost ventured to put my warm and snuggly uggs on and then decided not to press my luck. the last two mornings i have woken up in a cocoon of amazing. warm and toasty and perfectly snuggly. the nice thing about summer is that when you get out of bed in the morning it's pretty much the same temperature so there's no hopping around shivering. now i get to do the bathrobe huddle in the morning. pretty soon i'll be tenting my bathrobe over the space heater in the morning and trying not to shiver. kellie laughs at me. cold? COLD?? YOU DO NOT KNOW COLD! i know. i don't do well with a chill, that's why i live here and complain when it's below 65. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaah. but i digress. i'm excited it's beginning to feel like fall. well...california fall at least. the holidays are a-comin' and that's exciting.
star wars in concert at the nokia last night. i ended up with 4 tickets instead of 2. took my mom and gave the other pair to rey since he/kellie had both mentioned he was interested. he was able to get robert to go last minute and i was really excited to see him. always nice to see robot. and more than anything it was really nice to take two people who were legitimately excited to go. also, it was nice to take other people who laugh at jake lloyd. "i'm a person!". poor kid, he's never moving beyond that. i saw a video of him like a year ago where he's all angsty and college aged about how mean people were in high school. he got fat. so sad. they also had a bunch of things on display including the costumes for C3PO, Darth, Boba Fett, a yoda puppet, and EWOKS!! EWOKS!!! they were way bigger than i anticipated. like a little under 5 feet. and one of them was meeeeeeeeean looking. evil little bugger. but the little grey one was too cute.
anyway. i really want to see zombieland. i need to get on that.
