the dodgers let me down last night. i'm disappointed.

i also really want a puppy. those are my two thoughts for today.

i have the pieces of my halloween costume in place. now i need to create it this weekend. i'm nervous. but excited.

i'm obsessed with these:

very tasty. come over, i'll make you some. i also bought their apple spice bread mix. it sounded good. fingers crossed.

slept funny the other night. my neck feels no bueno. ::tear::

um...went to disneyland sunday morning. went on the grizzly river run for the first time in like 2.5 years. i got very wet. i need to remember to bring spare shorts on hot days because wet jeans SUCK. we got super lucky at space mountain though. it had been closed right after opening and they re-opened the line as we walked up, so we only waited about 20 minutes, and the rest of the day it was listed as 90. score. i also got in the car and realized i was out of sunscreen. I ended up buying a bottle for ten dollars at the park. as the guy sold it to me he cheerfully exclaimed "highway robbery!". i couldn't tell if it was charming or irksome. ultimately it was a good idea though and worth it because i was lightly pink when i got home. imagine the havoc of a full on sunburn. ugh. i also went to first aid at dland for the first time. i hadn't worn my flip flops in awhile and ended up with a blister. i asked the guy who sold me the sunscreen if he had a bandaid. he said "yes! 8 for $2!". so i bailed for main street. the inside of first aid is so anti-disney. very sterile and doctor's office-y. they gave me 4 bandaids and a cup of water fo' FREE. plus it was delightfully air conditioned. thumbs up for first aid. i also went on small world for the first time since the renovations. still delightful as always.


anyway. i should probably work now. that's my update for today.
