The girl next to me keeps saying "cow down". As in "Just because he yells at me doesn't mean i'm going to cow down to him". It's bothering me. I tried to subtly say that she was mixing phrases and she was like "whatever, I don't care". BUT I DO!! Make her stop please. You can either "kowtow" to someone or you can "bow down" to someone. BUT YOU DO NOT COW DOWN!!!!!

I think you were telling me about this girl. About how she screws up a lot of things like this. But not in a charming way like the old bartender from The Boondock Saints, but in an obnoxious, you-want-to-get-her-a-printed-copy-of-urban-dictionary sort of way.
oh man that's irritating! I'd slap her everytime she fucks up.
